Renaissance Property Ltd. is a Galway based Development Company established in 2016 with a view to becoming a name synonymous with quality in the new home market. The company specialises in the acquisition of development land in key locations and the construction of high quality residential schemes. The company is committed to using the latest technology and building techniques to produce homes that are well designed, energy efficient and future proofed for the end user.
Management
Darren O'Regan
Darren holds an Honours Degree in Constructions Economics & Management and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career to date, Darren has held senior positions within the industry and worked on a number of high profile projects in both the Public and Private sector.
Backed by his experience and qualifications, Darren is now focused on ensuring Renaissance Property Ltd. deliver high quality residential and commercial developments in key locations throughout Ireland.
Liam Mannion
Liam has over 10 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Finance, holding senior management and director positions in structured finance, pension finance and product development. Liam has advised on project financing, company pension structures and products, debt restructure, financial reviews, valuations and wealth management.
Having graduated with a BA (Hons) Finance from NUI Maynooth Liam is also a Qualified Financial Adviser and is currently working towards the Specialist Investment Adviser (SIA) qualification.
